Employer Workshops-also called Authorized Agent Certification Workshops-are opportunities to learn more about IMRF procedures, changes to the Illinois Pension Code, and other topics that impact member benefits.

These workshops are designed for anyone who handles IMRF at your employer, not just Authorized Agents. Any staff members who assist with day-to-day IMRF processes-like enrollment, payroll reporting, benefit applications, and/or member inquiries-would benefit from attending.
